New Jersey-based insurance holding company Specialty Program Group (SPG) has bought the assets of Ohio-based Norman-Spencer Agency’s (NSA) crane programme, personal lines watercraft programme and commercial lines recreational marine programme divisions, for an undisclosed sum.
NSA’s US-wide personal lines watercraft programme and commercial lines recreational marine programme divisions focus on personal and commercial recreational marine risks including personal watercraft, yachts, marinas, boat dealers, yacht brokers, boat repair businesses, and yacht clubs.
NSA’s specialized crane and boom underwriting facilities are based in Eastern Pennsylvania.
