Bulk carrier reported held in Batam over payment dispute

Bulk carrier “Neha” of Djibouti (IMO 8701519) aka “Seniha S”, has been reported held in Batam, Indonesia, due to a civil case between owner Blacksea Inc, and a shipping agent in Batam. There was a similar incident in late November, a case won by Bulk Blacksea Inc, but the ship appears to have been held in port since. 1990-built, Panama-flagged, 17,895 gt Neha (formerly Seniha S) is owned by Bulk Blacksea Inc care of manager Erler Denizcilik Ve Ticaret of Istanbul, Turkey. It is entered with Standard Club (Standard Asia Division) on behalf of Alfa Ship Trading LLC.
