Brookes Bell’s Colin Kershaw passes away

UK-based marine and energy consultancy Brookes Bell has reported the passing of Colin Kershaw, who joined Brookes Bell in 1990 and became a Partner in 2002. Before joining Brookes Bell, Kershaw had worked in the Port of Liverpool for 15 years and was Assistant Marine Operations Manager for the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company.

He spent more than 30 years working for Brookes Bell and was instrumental as Managing Partner in overseeing the growth of the company that Brookes Bell has become today.

“Despite his best efforts, Colin never really retired from Brookes Bell and was still asking about the firm’s progress during a recent zoom meeting; he loved to hear about the goings on in the firm”, the company stated, adding that “Colin was a remarkable man who not only leaves a lasting legacy on Brookes Bell but maritime life and business in general. He will be hugely missed by everyone”.
