Based in London, the trio will report to James Chicken, managing director of energy lines at BMS.
Collier has 15 years of energy experience, with a focus on physical damage and liability insurance for upstream energy clients. He joins from Price Forbes & Partners, where he has been executive director of its energy division since 2019.

He joins from Miller Insurance Services, where he was most recently an energy account handler. Prior to this, he held a number of leadership positions at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Sedgwick Offshore Resources Ltd.
