West Of England publishes “NOR in a nutshell”

In a timely manner, given the recent ruling in the English High Court on NOR relating to the case of MC Arundel, West of England P&I has published another in its series of Defence Guides – “Notice of readiness in a nutshell”, written by Julien Rabeaux in the Club’s Hong Kong office, with additional input by Stephenson Harwood (Singapore).
