Gard has reported that all staff in its offices in Arendal, Bermuda, London, New York, Rio de Janeiro, Singapore, Tokyo, Bergen and Oslo were working from home until further notice. They can be reached on their usual Gard phone numbers and emails.
Gard offices in Imabari, Piraeus, Helsinki and Hong Kong operate with some staff in the office and the rest working from home.
Meanwhile, Britannia manager Tindall Riley has said that its London-based staff continue to work remotely and would do so until Monday June 1st 2020, with the position being kept under review. Staff are using remote office to conduct business as usual.
Britannia Hong Kong returned to normal operation on May 4th.
Britannia Japan is operating with a reduced physical presence in the office and providing its staff with flexible working arrangements. Staff will work remotely until close of business Friday May 29th, with the position being kept under close review. Britannia Singapore staff will continue to work from home until further notice, and in line with the current government guidelines.
Britannia Denmark in Copenhagen will continue to work remotely until further notice.
Britannia Greece continues to work remotely, with the position being kept under review.
Meanwhile, Japan Club said that telework at all offices would continue until May 31st following the Japanese Government order regarding closure of workplace premises. Services would be maintained as usual by telework and the use of emergency networking.
