The office of Gard (HK) Limited will remain closed for the week beginning February 10th, in line with the Hong Kong government efforts to reduce the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus.
All members of staff are working from home and are reachable via normal lines of communication, including direct telephone numbers, mobile phones and email.
London Club’s Hong Kong office will also be closed until Monday February 17th. It said that its staff continued to work from home during this time and could contacted by email and telephone as normal.
Skuld said on Sunday that its Hong Kong and Singapore offices would remain closed for the week 10th to 15th February. Skuld Hong Kong and Singapore staff will be working from home and are available through email and mobile phones.
It is likely that other P&I Clubs are also extending any home-working arrangements.
All the Clubs have stressed the developing nature of the situation in all parts of China.
