Marine business solutions provider Sedgwick has appointed Elizabeth Gill as general manager for its marine business in Malaysia.
Gill has several decades’ experience in the Asian marine market, having trained insurers, brokers, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) and many corporate manufacturers, plus warehouse and logistics services providers.
Eric Malterre, Sedgwick International chief client officer and CEO for Asia, said that Gill was “an industry icon with a wealth of experience in marine cargo and liability, and she will be well supported by our nationwide team of experienced surveyors.”
