Norwegian Hull Club has appointed Ronny Larsen as Head of Charterers’ P&I, effective October 1st 2017. Larsen has worked for Assuranceforeningen Skuld for more than 15 years on both the claims and underwriting side, and has been heading an Oslo based business unit for Skuld for the past five years. Larsen has also served on board both tankers for Bergesen D.Y. ASA and on Missile Torpedo Boats for the Norwegian Navy. Norwegian Hull Club established its P&I department in 2008. The Club said that “with Ronny on the team, we will continue to build on that solid foundation whilst we endeavour to explore new opportunities to further strengthen the Club’s position in the market”.
