London UK-based MFB Solicitors has announced that Admiralty specialist Martin Dalby has joined the partnership. MFB said that the appointment further strengthened its established Marine Casualty & Salvage team based in London.
Dalby has 25 years’ experience as a shipping lawyer, following an apprenticeship with Shell, qualification as Master, and 5 years in Ports & Terminals in operational roles. He said that “I am delighted to transfer my practice to MFB, who in recent years have honed their capabilities and reputation in my core area of disputes between Owners, Charterers, Cargo Interests and their insurers, arising from ship casualties of all types.
