Brunsbüttel police officers detected a significant overload on November 19th in general cargo ship NS Holland (IMO 9142526), which had just transited the Kiel Canal westbound, en route from Helsingborg to Greece. The draught exceeded the allowed mark by 20 centimetres, equating to a 167 tons overload of fertilizer. NS Holland was detained in Brunsbüttel.
