Landing craft Toll Emperor (IMO 9355927) was detained by Indonesian police on October 16th in Tanjung Pinggir waters, Batam, Singapore Strait, for alleged smuggling of Indonesia consumer white goods. The vessel was reportedly surrounded by small boats busy offloading the goods, without the required papers, 12 crew were arrested.
