Loadsure, a provider of freight insurance solutions, has added a War & SRCC (Strikes, Riots, and Civil Commotion) cargo cover option to its per-shipment product range. The cover is available to brokers, shippers, and freight forwarders seeking protection against risks linked to instability and disruption.
The product is designed to address exposures that are often not included in standard cargo insurance policies, with limits of up to $20m for air and ocean shipments and up to $2.5m for war-related risks on land.
It is structured to support the assessment and pricing of these risks within a single solution.
